Nicala has 29 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor dealing with a wide range of matrimonial, financial and property and also private children act proceedings. She also deals with trust of land act, co-habitation, separation agreements and pre-nuptial arrangements, civil partnership and same sex couple divorces and has a wide knowledge of multicultural and jurisdictional divorces.

Nicala also deals with all the practice’s Grant of Probate, will, lasting power of attorney and numerous trusts.

Nicala also carries out significant conveyancing work, both sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and registrations. Nicala supervises all work done by our conveyancer Elaine Garnett who also has 30 years knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing.

Nicala is well versed in advising cross section of clients from diverse and cross cultural backgrounds. She has a large client base and deals with the HMCTS Family Court portal, the HMCTS Probate portal, H M Land Registry portal, LMS, Lender Exchanged and has accomplished continued membership of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Service (CQS) for many years.

Nicala is also enrolled and embarking on training to become a Notary Public.
