Paul deals with all litigation conducted by the company.

Paul has 32 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor, dealing with a wide range of personal injury cases, covering the areas of road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and clinical negligence. He has long experience dealing with fatal accident and serious injury cases across a range of different type of accidents involving damages claimed in excess of £1 million. He is a published author on claims involving uninsured or untraced drivers that are dealt with by the Motor Insurers Bureau. For the first 10 years of his career Paul represented insurance companies in defending personal injury claims both in private practice and as in in-house head of a legal department for a UK insurer. He is therefore fully familiar with all the tactics used by insurers when defending a claim. He adopts a proactive approach to litigation with a view to progressing cases as quickly as possible.
